昨日、会社辞めた徹のお疲れパーティーで３品くらい作ったんだよね、イタリアンな感じで。
そん中の１品にタラとホタテ貝柱のムースをスモークサーモンで包んだやつを作ったの。
結構好評でよかったんだけどさっ
そのタラとホタテ貝柱のムース、まず材料をバーミックスでぐっちょぐちょにしてね
そのあと裏ごしするんだけど、こし器とか無いからザル？あの水切るやつ使ったんですよ。
あれって構造的に端っことか巻いてあるのね。
その中に卵＆タラ＆ホタテなんかがミックスされた物体が入り込んじゃってね
もうね、一晩水に漬けたけどねっとりしてるからフヤケないの、全然…orz
んで新しい歯ブラシを下ろしてゴシゴシするんだけどやっぱり全部は取れない。
徹も「俺がやるよ☆」って爽やかに参戦。
「結構取れたよ☆」とか言ってるけどやっぱり沢山残ってる…（Ｔ-Ｔ）
んで生臭いから茹でてみるわーって言ったら
「それイインジャナーイ？☆」って他人事かよｗ
茹でたら茹でたで今度は調理済みの魚の匂いが…orz
ちょいちょい爪楊枝でほじくっては休むの繰り返しで今に至るわけです。
今実家の母に
「どうすればいい？中で腐られたら困るし捨てるしかない？」って相談したら
「火で炙って焦がしてみたら？ぼろぼろ取れるかもよ？」って…
今度は…焦がした魚のにおいがするザルになる気がするんだけど…orz
明日浅草行くし、ザルとこし器買ってこようかな…ハァ。
ちょっと待った。
