今週に入って初めて飲酒したわー
元気になってきたみたい♪♪
昨日なんて飲む気にもならないっつーかほぼ寝てた
夕飯も作っただけで食べれなかったし（＾＾；）
すきっ腹で薬飲んだお陰で吐き気で真夜中目が覚めちゃった
そこそこ食べなきゃ鉄は摂取できないっすね
相変わらず喉はガラガラで自分じゃないみたいな声で
裏声一切無理って感じだけどなんとか復活って感じ
それにしても歌手とか声優の人ってすごいよね
喉潰れないように超気使ってるんだろーなー
そういう意味でタモリってすごいよね、毎日普通に健康で仕事してるんだもんね
あー何かちょっと前も喉だけ潰れる風邪引いて変な声になってたな私
どんだけいい加減なんだよぅーしっかりしなきゃ
今回はちゃんと鉄飲んでしっかり貧血治すんだわと誓ってから2日目だけど
ちゃんと鉄飲んだわ、さくっと寝れるように飲んでます
てか飲みたいだけだけど（＾＾；）
